Robbins Brothers Picks Best Dressed at Oscars 2010

Our favorite celebrities lit up the red carpet at yesterday’s 82nd Annual Academy Awards held at the Kodak Theatre. It was a tough decision but thanks to the help of our Facebook fans, Robbins Brothers has completed the Best Dressed list including two ladies who made it simply because of their dazzling diamonds.

The Best Actress winner Sandra Bullock is one classy woman and exuded “Old Hollywood” with a flawless embroidered lace & metallic Marchesa sheath. She’s one of the most down-to-earth celebrities in Tinsletown and even wore jewelry that hubby Jesse James has bought her over the years.

Jennifer Lopez had the “wow factor” in an iridescent pink Armani Prive creation. The cascading ruffles contributed to the dramatic effect yet she looked comfortable and confident.

All hail to the Queen! Miss Latifah showcased a regal lavendar satin gown, accessorized with diamonds and pink sapphires. This is by far her best red-carpet look.

How does Helen Mirren manage to look THAT hot at her age?! Not just pretty but sexy! I’ll have what she’s having. Her necklace from Chopard is gorgeous too.

Best Supporting Actress winner Mo’Nique shines on the red carpet with husband Sidney by her side. The stand-up comedian wore a refreshing blue Tadashi Shoji gown and a floral hair accessory. Precious indeed.

Kate Winslet, one of my favorite actresses, looked nice as usual but chose a safe bustier gown by Atelier Yves Saint Laurent and fun jewels from Tiffany & Co. Though elegant, she clearly looked like a presenter this year and not a winner as her wardrobe lacked the flair she’s typically known for. Even still, Kate rocks!

Lastly, Mariah Carey’s smile can light up any red carpet. She and husband Nick Cannon were a crowd favorite and though we’ve seen her look better at previous events, she dripped in diamonds and definitely commanded attention.
