Sometimes it’s fun to just wonder WHAT IF. What if money wasn’t an issue and you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? If you could buy an entire new wardrobe, consider the top designers that would make your list. Hmmm. And most importantly, if you could have the most beautiful engagement ring in the world, what would it look like? Often times money is NEVER an issue for celebs–even though many of them still struggle to find true happiness. But that’s another blog post. Sorry…I digress.

Take a look at some of the hottest engagement rings in Tinsletown and IF you were able to wear any of them as your own, which one would it be? What style comes closest to your personal preference?

Reese Witherspoon wears a rare four-carat Ashoka diamond engagement ring from hubby Jim Toth who reportedly spent $250,000 on it.

Kate Hudson’s nine-carat rock from beau Matthew Bellamy is emerald-cut with tapered baguettes worth $200,000.

Newlywed Kim Kardashian wears a 20.5-carat Lorraine Schwartz designed ring with an emerald-cut center stone flanked by a pair of 2-carat trapezoids from Kris Humphries.

Hilary Duff’s 14-carat diamond engagement ring cost hubby Mike Comrie $1 million. He proposed on the balcony at sunset in Hawaii.

Tom Cruise proposed to Katie Holmes atop the Eiffel Tower with a five-carat Edwardian style oval cut solitaire with pave detail.

Mariah Carey wears a 17-carat emerald-cut diamond worth $2.5 million. The pink center stone is 10-carats and has 58 pink diamonds and two half moon-cut diamonds surrounding it.

Carrie Underwood has a flawless yellow diamond engagement ring from husband Mike Fisher.

After a few weeks of dating, Lamar Odom proposed to Khloe Kardashian with a nine-carat radiant cut diamond on a pave band.
