Los Angeles–Robbins Bros., the 10-store chain that touts itself as “The Engagement Ring Store,” announced Tuesday that it is making the leap into e-commerce.
According to a press release from the Azusa, Calif.-based company, customers are now being invited to shop online for their diamond engagement rings and wedding bands.
In celebration of the launch, Robbins Bros. is offering free shipping for a limited time, along with a pair of free movie tickets for orders placed online now through July 15, while supplies last.
The company’s decision to start selling online is the result of customer demand and the recognition the company has garnered for carrying major bridal brands including Simon G., Ritani, Scott Kay, Coast, A. Jaffe and Tacori, the release states. The chain also has attracted attention for its television commercials, which feature real-life marriage proposals.
“We’re proud to be able to offer our customers the opportunity to purchase online,” Anthony Concotilli, director of digital marketing for the chain, said in the release. “Our goal is to make their engagement experience easy, meaningful and stress-free.”
The Robbins Bros. chain consists of eight stores in southern California and two in Texas, in Dallas and Arlington.
