On Day 2 of the KTLA-TV and Robbins Brothers “Valentine Surprise Marriage Proposal Week,” there wasn’t a dry eye in sight at Old Vine Cafe in Costa Mesa as Stan Huang, a romantic hopeful groom with a good-hearted personality to match, asked his sweet girlfriend Janelle Lim to spend forever with him. After serenading her with Angel by Casting Crowns, and then surprising her with a gorgeous custom-designed vintage engagement ring from Robbins Brothers Fullerton, Janelle said YES!!!!
