While all eyes will be on you on your wedding day—the bride clearly gets top billing—your entourage should certainly shine, too. Your bridesmaids may look incredible wearing the dresses you chose for them, but you can take their outfits up a notch with a standout accessory, especially one that suits the vibe and style of your big day.

If you’re looking for that little something extra to make your ‘maids super stylish, here are six fun statements your gals can make.

  1. Chunky necklaces: Bling doesn’t need to be reserved for your ring finger. Give your ladies pretty necklaces they can wear for your wedding—and beyond. A statement necklace makes a great gift for your bridesmaids and it will give a modern, glam look to their overall appearance too.
  2. Cute clutches: Practical and fashionable, a clutch is the perfect wedding accessory. Coordinating clutches will allow your girls to hold all of their essentials and provide a pop of color or texture against their dresses. (If you’re doing black or navy ‘maids gowns, consider coordinating the clutches with your flower colors.)
  3.  Fabulous shoes: Another great way to pull in a hint of color—or pattern—is with footwear. Consider red high heels, gold sandals or even leopard-print flats for your attendants—whatever coordinates best with the look and feel of your wedding.
  4. Metallic tattoos: Chic, temporary tattoos are super popular right now. And if you’re having a more bohemian celebration they can be the perfect accessories for your girls to rock. Place them on wrists for a subtler look, or on upper backs if you’re down to be more bold. You can even put on some tats, too, if that’s your style.
  5. Flower crowns: If your wedding has a romantic vibe, ask your florist to create crowns for each of your ‘maids. These fresh, pretty accessories can be made of all greenery or they can be full of bright blooms, whatever suits your soiree.
  6. Braided updos and half-updos: Another fun idea is to create an accessory using your gals’ hairstyles. Ask your hair stylist to do each of your bridesmaids’ looks differently using braids—he or she can create fishtails, updos, sidebraids or half-up styles that suit each woman’s hair length and texture. The result will look amazing when everyone is posed together.
