Ted the Bear Spotted on Engagement Ring Store Website

I know. It’s just a movie. But I have to believe there’s a romantic side to this weekend’s crude dude fest, ‘Ted.’

Not only did writer and director Seth MacFarlane give Ted his strong Boston accent – and R-rated vocabulary – he wore a motion-capture suit to bring the bear to life on the big screen. Who knew this movie was on SFX par with Avatar?

Sure, Ted is off-the-chart obnoxious as he pals around with BFF played by Mark Wahlberg, but the softer, sweeter side of the bear was spotted on the Robbins Brothers website long before the trailers started promoting the film in theaters and online.

Spoiler alert: I’ve heard there’s an engagement scene in the movie between Mark & Mila Kunis. Hmmm. A teddy bear, a love story, a marriage proposal. Sounds like Seth is starting to get all warm and fuzzy on us.

Maybe his next movie will be a chick flick.
