Robbins Brothers Hosts Dallas Sip & Shop to Celebrate Renovation & Grand Reopening

Guests & Community Attended Day-Long Celebration Complete with Designer Jewelry & Craft Cocktail Pairings, Live Electric Violinist & Over $10,000 in Diamond Giveaways

May was an exciting month for the the Robbins Brothers Dallas location! The store, located at 14080 Dallas Pkwy, recently hosted a day-long grand reopening celebration to show off the store’s new nearly half a million dollar renovation after 16 successful years serving the local community.

The store renovation included lobby and elevator upgrades, new furnishings and fixtures, a “Hidden Moments” portrait series featuring couples and a Heritage Wall highlighting photography from the brand’s 100-year history and trends throughout the decades. The updates modernize the store to align more closely with the reimagined direction of the Robbins Brothers brand. In order to ensure the sales associates could continue serving guests, the renovation took place in the evening and early morning hours, spanning over two weeks, while the store was closed.

The event, which was held on May 14, 2022, featured designer jewelry pairings with craft cocktails on the “rocks,” dream bling try-on sessions, live electronic violin music and many ideal Instagram-able moments.

The grand reopening was also graced with a surprise marriage proposal! Guests Milton and Shanice were at the event checking out her dream engagement ring. Once Shanice stepped away, Milton confided in a Robbins Brothers associate about his nerves with the engagement and that he wanted to do it soon. The Robbins Brothers associate then encouraged Milton to pop the question there and then… and he did!

Every attendee was entered to win a variety of diamond jewelry prizes including diamond halo earrings and stunning pendant necklaces. One lucky guest, Preston Skinner, won the grand prize… a dream engagement ring featuring a setting from Gabriel & Co. and an opportunity to hand-select their own breathtaking diamond. The ring is valued at $7,500!

The grand re-opening coincided with the store’s exclusive Designer Event, which took place from May 9 – 15 and featured extra savings on designer favorites including Tacori, Verragio, A.Jaffe, Henri Daussi and more.
