Navy SEAL Chad Williams proposed to girlfriend Aubrey O’Boyle at this week’s world premiere of the romantic comedy “When in Rome.” The engagement ring, selected at Robbins Brothers in Mission Viejo, was a spectacular Scott Kay design with a dazzling one carat diamond.
