We go behind-the-scenes with newlywed Bob Guiney (The Bachelor) to find out all the dazzling details that led up to his big wedding day!

How did you propose to Jessica?
We were at my family’s lake house in Michigan. After a day of being on the water, we came in and around sunset I used our puppy Phoebe to help bring the ring! As we are down at the water’s edge, I got on one knee – and she said yes!

Tell us a little bit about the wedding; was it all you expected and more?
Jessica planned every detail down to the letter and it was amazing! The house where we had the wedding blew both of our minds when we first saw it. All of our guests fell in love with the house, Jessica’s decor & setup, and thought that every detail was stunning as well.

What do you love most about your wedding rings?
I love the feel of my ring and the look of it. I wanted something that was a little more modern and unique too. This Lashbrook ring certainly fits the bill for me!

I love Jessica’s designer engagement ring from Coast and so does she! Michelle at the Seattle store helped me come up with the design and it actually turned out better than I envisioned. Then when we decided on the eternity band for the wedding ring, well that sealed the deal. We both love the two paired together. They really sparkle and look awesome.

How do you plan to celebrate the holidays as newlyweds?
Even though we spent a ton of time with our families over the wedding week, we’re excited to have both sets of parents spend Thanksgiving here in Seattle with us! It’s our first holiday as a married couple and we’re thrilled to have them join us at our home.
