Memorable Marriage Proposal at Santa Monica Pier

Meet our featured engaged couple Alberta Green and Jonathan Torres from Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The two were recently engaged in March and have a beautiful marriage proposal to share. Jonathan creatively popped the question at the famous Santa Monica Pier. Alberta recalls that special day:

“He had me walk to each of my close family members who gave me a rose & read me a poem with a picture of us. When I finally reached the end of the pier, he was standing there with a single rose and got down on one knee. The rest of my family were holding letters that spelled out ‘will you marry me.’ After I said yes the letters changed to ‘she said yes’ !”

Alberta loves the vintage detail of her Verragio engagement ring that Jonathan purchased from the Robbins Brothers Montclair store. “The store team found exactly what I pictured in my head!”
