How did you two meet?
Danyell worked for the city which owned the building where my office was located. I saw him whenever I would leave the office and I always thought he was cute. One day we were talking in his office and kept getting interrupted by customers. So I went into my office, grabbed my business card, put my number on it and went back to his office. I slipped him my card and told him “just text me.” ( which is actually what he had engraved inside my ring!)
How did he propose?
We were in Guadalajara, Mexico at his grandmother’s house with his dad’s entire family. We were taking part in a posada with the family when they called me up for my turn to hit the piñata. They blindfolded me and I took my turn. When I took the blindfold off the lights were off, and my fiancé was standing in front of me. He gave the best speech about our relationship and got down and one knee and asked me to marry him! I was in shock! Then his cousins started singing to us! It was the perfect marriage proposal!
What do you love most about your engagement ring?
My ring came from your Fullerton store and I love the infinity signs on both sides of the diamond. I love how the diamond stands out and is the center of attention. It’s unique and beautiful!
