A surprise marriage proposal on-stage at the El Vez Merry MEX-Mas show before Christmas back in 2006. (If you haven’t seen an El Vez show, be sure to put this on your list of things to do in 2010. He’s amazing and the band is so talented. (Anyone know if Will Bongiovoni from Pasadena is still the bassist for El Vez’s band?)
