Robbins Brothers Launches New Website that Features True Love Stories, Real Shopping Experiences and Fully Engaged Blog

With a revamped website, Robbins Brothers engages with customers on a more personal level by highlighting a detailed store experience, video testimonials from real couples and a new blog for ongoing community interaction.

LOS ANGELES (June 14, 2011) – This week Robbins Brothers, The Engagement Ring Store officially launched a new and improved website designed to help online visitors get up, close and personal with the customer in-store experience. Implementations include a visual Getting Started section which serves as a personal guide for soon-to-be engaged couples and features information and videos that reveal the intimacies of finding both the perfect love and the perfect diamond engagement ring.

The destination retailer showcases couples’ love stories and shopping experiences on video. David and Kelli of Riverside, CA vividly recall their proposal experience at the beach. “It’s the most romantic memory I have,” commented Kelli. “When I saw the ring I absolutely loved it. It was so sparkly and beautiful and I fell in love with it instantly.” They beam at each other while discussing the excitement of shopping together at the Robbins Brothers Riverside store. Assisted by design specialist Tommy Nguyen, Kelli admits that she loves the Vintage collection and tried on at least ten different engagement rings before making a decision.

Another featured couple, Eric and Bridgette from Orange County, share the qualities they love about each other along with their campground marriage proposal. “Bridgette’s the nicest, sweetest person I ever met,” said Eric. “I proposed in front of her entire family because I knew how much they meant to her.” He also explains his experience with design specialist Shannon Ochoa from the Fullerton, CA store. “Shannon really wanted me to find the perfect ring and I’m so grateful for her help.” Watch Couples’ Videos.

Robbins Brothers launches its Fully Engaged Blog as another vehicle to personally connect with couples. The blog offers customers intriguing designer spotlights, celebrity engagement news and heartfelt marriage proposal videos. Visitors can discuss the most pressing engagement and wedding topics during the weekly Coffee Break, and also share their proposal announcements with family and friends.
